Hello. Have you guys ever seen an issue where 88890300 vocom won't connect to a truck on the latest ptt but works fine on ptt 2018? Same truck, same diagnostic tool, two laptops. One with 2020 ptt and one with 2018 ptt. 2018 works, 2020 it is like the picture. It does not recognize the vehicle.

I tried it on 3 trucks and a bus. Same result.

I reinstalled the 2020 software three times, I was very careful and didn't miss any installation steps.

Any help is welcome

 

Volvo 88890300 Vocom is the best and professional volvo truck diagnostic tools by far, i have tested it on my vehicle without any problems.
