Im looking for someone to do the Dashboard mounting tab repair on my 1999 Volvo S70 in the Chicago area. My dashboard is very noisy and needs to be fixed. I know there are some videos on Youtube on how to fix it but Its something I cant do by myself because im not at all good at working with cars. I need someone to do it for me. I will pay whatever. Please let me know if there is anyone in the Chicago area that can do this kind of repair. I live in Naperville IL.

 

If you have a good mechanic show him the video to fix it and see if they will try it...

They are a lot of work and what's more, it really isn't so much a repair as a delaying action. Between the bad design and the engineered decay of the ABS plastic, they're all doomed.
