SOLD SOLD SOLD SOLD SOLD SOLD SOLD SOLD
I'm posting this for my friend:
This straight classic beauty is located just north of Seattle.
Her motor is strong, her new transmission has developed a little leak, and the owner has another vehicle now.....so "Mabel" is up for adoption.
Owner has all the maintenance receipts.....she's owned the 240 since it had ~120k miles.
Tells me she has:
80% brakes
"CIS" motor replaced, Ox sensor Air mass sensor replaced, Cat replaced (204k), timing belt done at 154k
Lot's of other maintenance things done that I'm waiting for the opportunity to get up to take a look at the maintenance records for.
The owner is going to send me a picture of the dash (close-up) showing odo, one of engine compartment, and one of tire tread.
The pictures I've attached are from October 2010.
She's hoping to get $800....she knows the leak is a set-back.
When I can get over to see the 240, I will try and figure out where/what is leaking at the transmission, and determine the ease-of-fix.
If it's relatively easy (like a one or two banana job)...I'll do it....and then we'll be looking to ask about $1,500 or > I imagine.
Thanks for looking!
