I'm located in Mill Hall PA 17751. need this gone ASAP (feb 15) clean title no accidents

the good - everything done within last 3k miles
-Inspected to Sept. 2011
-rebuild block, hone still visible when i did head gasket
-rebuilt td04 15g turbo. holds solid boost whole way through
-new timing belt kit oem with Conti. belt
-full auto tranny flush at aamco 250miles ago
-OEM PVC kit (routed to atmosphere instead of intake)
-3 new 02 sensors. one for a a/f gauge
-new cam angle sensor
-new plugs(oem champion), wires(oem volvo/bougicord), cap rotor(both oem bosch)
-cooper all seasons zx4 80% + thread left
-brakes are mint
-3"dp 2.5" exhaust SS w/ magnaflow cat and 3" magnaflow round at end (250 separate w/ trade for stock)
-3" intake w k&n
-Mishimoto front mount with full mandrel 2.5" piping ($400 w/ intake sold separate with trade for stock piping)
-new oem sway bar links
-ipd poly upper motor mount
-new battery 590ca i believe
-pulls hard whole way through(pissed of multiple mustangs, hondas, audis)
-cruise control at 75 on a 2 hour trip averaged 34mpg

the bad-
-260k on body (no rust)
-windshield seals are ugly but dont leak
-needs buffed clear chipping on hood
-dented hatch
-interior 5/10 (cracked seats, faded carpet, trunk floor missing) Dash and cluster are mint
-rough idle
-ticky lifters
-valve seals leak slightly on cold start have new in bag
-a/c deleted to fit Intercooler
-bad MAF(unplugged)
