For sale or Trade. 1997 850GLT
I have a 1997 850 GLT 2.4 turbo up for grabs or trade.
Located in Fort Wayne, IN.
The good:
Custom suede/vinyl seat skins on the front.
Very good shape Interior.
New bridgestone insignia tires all around.
New meyle control arms, and links with includded tie rods (Not installed)
New OEM volvo brake pads all around
OEM volvo tune up kit: Plugs, wires, filters, etc....
Fresh trans flush/refill. Shifts great!
HID low beams.
New heater core.
Good sounding infinity speakers with aftermarket HU. Ipod and USB input.
Absolutely no dents or rust (besides some minor door dings)
The bad:
Just lost compression in cylinder 3. Most likely a valve due to leaky valve seals.
Odometer is broken, says 195k but it is probably around 225k.
Sunroof will not move. Cable is bound up or something. Never did anything with it since it does not leak.
Drivers side headlight wiper has broken off. (Cost is around $50 from dealer)
Still runs and drive great besides the obvious misfire. Parked it as soon as it started and I diagnosed it. The car drives amazing on the highway. I got a new S40 for a daily but still want another volvo for a project.
Looking to get around $1800, but would really like to trade for something RWD. 240, 740,760, or anything else. Turbo is preferred. I do not need to sell, so if I can not get close to that number or if Nobody wants a trade I will do a t5R swap.
