Default A few pics

Here's just a few pictures I took at lunch time with my new Canon T1i. Can't wait until some sunlight and my days off, lol.

Thanks folks! Here's a few more pics I took today. Only one is really Volvo related though, lol.

The first picture is with the 50 mm lens, the other two are with the 18-55 that comes with it.

Oh, and that's my 760, not 9 series!

Plenty of good used Canon and Nikon cameras on Ebay. I bought a Nikon D100 recently.

Went out early this morning w/ a friend to try some night photos. Didn't take as many as I wanted, it was cold out and I'm a weenie. Here's a couple of my favorites.

Do you drive for Western? They have some fine looking rigs. I've been driving a truck for 36 years & counting.

Nice pictures!

I have a Canon Rebel XTi that I need to learn to use better. I was disappointed when I found out that a good camera doesn't make you a good photographer...

Like you, I was not getting the quality of pics that the camera was capable of. I bought the Blue Crane instruction DVD for my Canon XT. It will teach you everything about the camera from top to bottom. First thing I learned was don't use the automatic settings unless you're outdoors on a sunny day. The DVD is an excellent resource. I think I paid around $20 on EBay. Hope this helps.
