So I have upgraded to Projectors now. Got the ABM projectors off Ebay. I will be doing the install on Friday if the weather is nice. A writeup will come along with this as well.

Well I am happy to say that they are finally installed!!!

Some side notes. When putting in one of the screws on the drivers side the gold part in the screw hole came out. We put it back in though. Must not have been seated right.

As for the turn signals it is near impossible to get the bottom guide tab into its place. The middle piece of plastic is making it impossible to do this.

Of course I think they would look a hell of a lot better with the correct turn signals and also the eyebrows. It just seems blah without the brows.

How much were they? I want to do a light mod, but man they are expensive...

Edit: They look great, but they're extrememly yellow in that first pic. The day time one. The night time is killer tho.

I was told they are way off.

So I went back out and tried a little tinkering.

This what I came up with now.

Now I am using, GShyneDM's Image as a guide right now.

 

I got them on Ebay for $357.45 SHIPPED.

DTMwerks sells them for, $389.99 + $100 for the turn signals when they come in.

Now they sell an all blacked out pair for, $499.99 and it comes with the matching turn signals.

I also was horrified at the OEM headlight assemblies. When the turn signals put more light onto the road than the damn headlights, something is way wrong.
Found one pair at AutoLampsPlus for $85 each, but they're just the TYC originals w/fresnel lens that you can't even discern enough of a beam to aim properly.
Just installed the blacked-out ABM Projectors ($325 for the pair); got the driver's side in and was thrilled and perplexed;
What's the extra pair of wiring with connectors for ??

Got the pass. side on, and can't quite aim them left/right; is there a connector inside awked ?
The rojoimparts package had no documentation whatsoever; the 1AAuto folks have put out a video on S70 headlamp replacement that was very helpful:

I, too had trouble getting the rt. marker light back on; as it has two tabs that fit into the headlight assembly; I reloosened the headlight itself (3x10mm bolts) and jiggled to get the front tabs to fit in... (the center, back tab goes into the fender).

What are those two extra wire sets for ??
Looks like an LED Strip below the high beams; are these DRL's ?? Do they need separate bulbs, as one vendor (Projector Headlamps)
writes ?? They refer to them as "City Lights".

I ordered the matching black bezel marker lights; $85 for the pair; I'd like to resolve the extra wires/need additional bulbs/aiming issue with just one more "playing with wrenches" session....!!
