Volo noise

I have a 2007 Volvo s60. It is making a buzzing noise when I start it and wont stop until I turn off the car. What could it be please and thank you

I would say the radiator fan. They run as long as they need to. They are electric fans, so the engine doesn't have to be running. I could give a more educated answer if you could get video.
