2001 V70 coolant engine drain plug?

Not exactly but it's on the lower part of the block and looks like a metal tube that may be missing a hose. It has a 13mm nut at the base of it. You unscrew it about 1 full turn and coolant will start coming out of it. It's about 2 inches long.
