Default 240 suspention question

Anyone know if there's an adjustable spring kit that can be fitted to a 240?

ok...this might sound kinda dumb and stupid but i'll ask anyways. the front strut spring seats on my 79 244DL are rusted out, im buying a 76 244DL and was wondering if the suspension parts are interchangeable? i may not try to swap, but ya never know what my brain my tell me to do. also, the motor looks to be the same, but im not sure. i have the b21 in the 79 but im not sure whats in the 76. is it the b21 or something else?

I'd put em on Guido...the brown and green would make such a lovely combo where as the white and green would just look tacky.

suspension has be sucessfully swapped from Hector to Guido...well not completely. i gotta put the rusted out struts on Hector and the grill, headlights and hood from Guido on too. but othere than that, the car is ready for inspection. if you all want pictures of Guido with Hectors front end on, let me know. i'll find a place to post'em.

You know....as a moderator you should be a little more helpful/pleasant....it's not hard to take a lot of what you type out of context.

Wow. I said go to his website and find out. Big woop. I am getting people to search for themselves instead of relying on others to give them an instant answer.

And don't ever say I am not helpful. Crap I have an on going thread with one member that is over 20 pages long. I answer questions all the time.

All I ask is for people to do a little searching themselves sometimes. It isn't hard and you will learn a lot more by searching then you will with someone always giving you the answers.

Whatever budy....it'd be one thing if you were a regualr poster but your a flippin' moderator dude. If all you've got for newbies is "go to his website and find out" then you're not much of a mod. Crist, how many people in here with fewer than 30 posts even know blkaplan has a web site?

spoon....if you're still looking for it it's Kaplhenke Racing

It isn't hard to find out. For Christ sakes if they click on his member name he freakin has his website in his info. Who cares if your a newbie or a long time member. SEARCHING is a big part of being on a forum. I expect people to do that when they join up before asking a question. Why? Because more then likely the question they want to ask has already been talked about before. If you don't find it then post. If you have a more in depth question relating to information you found then post. But people just post and post and post and expect an answer when more then likely it is right here on the forum already. It isn't hard to do a simple SEARCH guys and gals.
