Default energy suspension?

ok everybody, i know that we don't have a strong aftermarket, but has anybody seen a master urethane bushing kit for volvos like energy suspension or prothane? i looked and came up with nothing.

when you talk about suspension upgrades to me this is one of the best. you'll instantly tell the difference in ride quality and handling.

thanks

Even if there was one avalible I wouldn't install it.
I have a set in the front of my Mustang and HATE it.
I can feel an ant when I run one over.
The bushings along with the lowering springs are like getting a kidney shot when I hit a decent size bump. It also doesn't help that I have racing seats in the car.

Someone has urethane bushings out there but I forget who makes them.

EDIT: I just e-mailed energy suspension asking if they sell kits for Volvo.
Volvo isn't even listed on the site.

yeah, that sux that volvo isn't even listed ontheir site, i saw that too. i bet we would have to put something together from their universal bushings and hope to cover the whole suspension.

i dunno, i installed the master kit on my neon many years ago with bigger swaybars, konis adjustables, front& rear tower barsand mopar high rate springs and i love the ride and the way it handles. the suspension had way less give and it corners like a porsche.

The stang rides like it is on rails but you can bairly push the front end down any.
I can sit on the car and it only moves about 1/8 of and inch.
But like I said it handles AWESOME.

I know QBM used to sell a Derlin upper engine mount bushing. But they don't anymore.

I got an e-mail back from energy saying that they don't offer a kit for Volvo's.

Do not use UNIVERSIAL ones.

And I am sure they would make them for you if you gave them the bushings to make some from.

Some custom shops will do custom urethane work making a mold off the stock bushings and forming new ones. Its not going to be cheap however. I believe ipd sells one for the front which should make a noticable difference.
