help changing shocks
dont do these unless you know exactly what you're doing. You also will need a spring compression tool in order to remove them. Also, make sure to have a wheel alignment done after changing.
there are no how to directions. the most luck you would have is under S40concepts.net. But again, unless you've done this before I wouldnt mess with it. You need to make sure your putting the correct shocks/struts on first. What setup are you going with? OEMS or aftermarket?
Shocks and struts are fairly straight forward. Elevate and unbolt as whole units. Unbolt the strut mounts, not the struts, you don't do that till their off the car, so you can compress the springs. If you have springs mounted seperate from the struts just make sure the springs are aligned when you drop it back down.
Shock / spring replacement can be a difficult and tedious task, so be sure that you ask help of someone whois also have knowledge on this parts.
