Default S60 hit a cow

I hit a cow in my 2017 Volvo S 60 take it to the body shop Long story short after getting it back I have replaced five sets of tires two blowouts and after looking at the estimate the car was never aligned and in the notes it says appears to be front suspension damage wheel is setting forward in the wheel well. And the LT upper rail was repaired, after researching it is my understanding that with this type of front and collision that part Hass to be replaced if it can because of the metal. HSS.

I have pictures of several parts of the car that the body shop took and sent my insurance that I do not even know what they are in the body shop won’t tell me
My question is can the upper rail be repaired in the pictures it is bent or kinked still

If your car is destroying tires after a body shop "repaired" your car - I would start by contacting your insurance company. They will want to know who and why they paid money to a company that did not fix a car correctly. (and is still potentially unsafe to drive)

Hopefully you have receipts and documentation of the tires you have replaced.
