Default S70 Suspension Upgrade

I just picked up a 98 S70 GLT last week. After looking at the different suspension upgrades out there, I'm leaning towards Billstein HDs with H&R Springs... anyone have experience with this setup? I figured it would drop it nicely but not affect the ride quality much, and should look great when I move up to 17" rims.

I heard Bilsteins aren't as great anymore. I would go with Koni's.
