90k mi, auto trans. New plugs and wires exhaust has leak car seems low on power and smells a little rich. Takes an extra second to crank in the morning and later on in the day will sputter sometimes briefly once started. What should I replace first?

P.S. Brake Failure light has come on recently but no change in brake performance?
