Once I remove the front face of the steering wheel, aka the horn cover thus revealing the horn pad, a hard rectangular piece of plastic houseing the four horn contact points, I cannot figure out how to remove this piece. The rectangular piece of plastic which operates the horn when depressed. Any clues???? Thankyou!!! Does it just pop off when pulled really hard...Didn't want to try this til I got some advice.

 

On mine, if I remember correctly, it involved using a small flat screwdriver to pry under/out the little plastic tabs from their slots.
