Default 1994 940 Regina 02 sensor
I need help my o2 in my 940 has gone bad and it's a splice in o2. There's a red white and black wire I'm guessing red is power but I'm lost otherwise all help I would be grateful for thank you for your time

Usually on a 3 wire O2 sensor, the black wire is the signal wire and the 2 white wires are the heater wires. If you buy a replacement Bosch 3 wire kit, it will come with splices and instructions.

Mine has a red white and black wire My 02 came with no instructions for the splicing and the o2 I bought has 2 black wires and a blue wire

Default Wires
You are correct, red is 12v, white is ground and black is signal. You may want to probe test the existing wires to determine the12v lead.
