What he says I think is that he has a 1995 Volvo 940 that does not start although he has lots of voltage in his battery. He is wondering if its the fuel pump that could be faulty. Trout-19,when you try to start the car does the needle on your tachometer gauge flicker? And if it does not flicker then your fault is the crankshaft sensor wire thats done. Its pretty cheap to buy and easy to change but you got to get under the car to change it and its hidden there.Google the sensor wire and you can see the pictures to know what I am saying and it will be easy for you to check if thats damaged/cracked/split under/between the car motor and gearbox
