Default 240 block with a 760 16V head? Duable?

I am planning on swapping my 8Valve Head from my 240 with the 16Valve from a 760...

Besides these what else to consider?

Intake (complete) easy
exhaust (mod the connection to pipe at o2 sensor) shop
timing belt easy
cap the back camshaft that houses the distributor cap etc easy
firewall clearance uh?

ECU changes?

once you cap the distributor on the back, you will have no clearance issues.
Yoshifab has an almost complete "bolt on" kit for this conversion.
