Default 240 dying after 10 minutes driving

I have a 240 1992, starts and runs great, but only for 10 minutes! After 10 minutes, it dies and will restart once it cools back down, temperature is ok, does not overheat, almost think it might be ignition related, changed ignition coil, yet no effect?
Any ideas?

Welcome to the forum.

Have you checked for Diagnostic Trouble Codes using the on board diagnostic unit?

Diagnostic port #6 yield code 2-1-4 which is the speed sensor. Replaced sensor, reset codes, car ran for 45 minutes idling, no trouble codes, will do road test tomorrow, easy fix!

I might also suspect in-tank fuel pump.
The in-line will do the job initially but once a heaveir load or longer travel is required the in-line pump overheats and quites untill cooled back down.
An idle test won't reveal this.
Try a good highway drive and hill climb.
