I am getting fuel to the manifold but i am guessing my injectors are not opening. i ran the car last week but now i am getting nothing so i am guessing electrical.any help would be great. i have checked and i dont haveany sparking issues.

Its probably the injector relay, volvo calls it the radio supression relay but it runs the injectors.
Located (usually) on the coolant bottle bracket.
Jump it to test, you can pop it open and resolder.

If theres 2 relays, swap em.
