Default 240 Lower ball joint torque settings

Anyone know what the torque settings are for the joint to control arm, nut to plate and 4 bolts to the bottom of the strut. Basically all the torque settings for replacing the ball joint

Thanks you!

The 4 anchor bolts are ~17ftl-bs
the 3 control arm bolts are ~85ft-lbs
the nut is like 40-50ft-lbs

terrible advice. novice mechanics tend to overtighten small fasteners and undertighten large ones.

go ahead and torque every single thing. Will get old real quick. Plus what torque wrench do you own. snap on is the best most accurate torque wrenches. If your using some random wrench you might as well not even torque fasteners.

I don't use a torque wrench on everything. Components that have some importance of allowing the wheel to stay attached to the car I feel that correctly torquing fixings is important.

Over tightening can be just as dangerous as under tightening.

But anyway, I fitted the ball joint today.. Fixing older cars is so much easier than modern ones!

Thanks again for the advice
