How do you get the outer top window seal off the tailgate window,I have a bead of water running down the inside when it rains, I have tried to get it off but all I can do is move it side to side a few inches then it stops I don't want to force it , Can anybody help me out please?

They're a bonded windscreen. Often the trim becomes bonded in with teh adhesive as it squeezes past the window. I generally just slice the trim off and re apply it with windscreen adhesive, taping it to hold in place till the adhesive seals. Or you can use a fine nozzle and squeeze sealant in behind the moulding.
If you can move it side to side, it's just caught in behind the glass, the moulding has a hook shape to it that holds it in behind teh glass. It should come with persuasion, just start at one end and gently pry it out with a wooden stick or similar.
