My problem on this Volvo

On the passenger side rear lights 3 lights flash quickly . I can't seem to get the reverse light in that same unit working. The lights flashing are the two outside right,and the lower left. After 3 weeks i believe all the lights are a month or 3 old.

Is this a ground issue ? The flashing not the reverse light .

i'm not all that good with cars and such.

Need input. Do they flash all the time, only when headlights on, only when parking lights on, only when turn signal is on, only when brake pedal depressed? The circuit board is rather straight forward but the copper on plastic tends to wear over time. But yes, often this can be ground related. When they are blinking...what is going on at the other three corners of the car?

 

All 3 blink together when i turn the right turn signal on(directional) Just the rear,just that side.

The rest of the light function correctly. Other than the right front blinking a little faster,.
