Default 91 740; service light on at start but going off after a couple minutes

As soon as I start my 740 up, the service light comes on and generally stays on until the car reaches operating temperature; car has 93k miles on it and everything's stock. Any advice?

That is the service light. It goes off every 3000ish miles.
It is the factory oil change intervals.

To reset it. There is a rubber plug in the instrument cluster.
Pull it and push the button in.

Thought it was every 5K?? Yeah you need a real skinny pick to do this. If the plunger is stuck you may need to pull your cluster out and do it from behind...or just pull the bulb...

My volvo had the tune up and the light still goes on. You can disable the light behind the instrument panel if it bugs you. Pressing the little plug wasn't a lasting solution.
