Hey guys, i am rebuilding a 1992 volvo 240 wagon with 2.3 liter engine. I have the head apart and have rebuilt it and am now getting ready to re-install however i do not have the bolt torque specs for the following;

head to the block - bolt torque specs
cam shaft to the head - bolt torque specs.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

15 ft/lbs at assembly, 44 ft/lbs after running for 10 mins or so, then a further 90°
15 ft/lbs for the cam carrier caps
