HI im new to this forum. well I bought a 92 940 gl 2.3 non turbo from a friend for 100 bucks ( yeah i know a steal!) She took it to work one day and when she came out it would not start. so i bought it and towed it home. there is no spark at the coil so i bought a new coil along with the module that goes below it. still no spark. the blue wire is getting 12.6 volts. any ideals thank in advance!

 

Change the crankshaft sensor wire as this is bad so you dont get a signal to the databox which in turn sends a signal to the engine firing.It lies between motor and gear box at the back of the motor.Very easy to change.

 

+1 on crank sensor.
After that, check power stage (ignition module). Crank sensor is reasonable new, grab a module at the salvage yard.
Get a Haynes manual.
