93 940T A/C O-ring question: I'm trying to purchase correctly sized o-rings for my air conditioning system, but don't know with certainty what sizes they should be.
I found the O-ring part numbers on VADIS, and then found sizes on the web (Santech lists dimensions for Volvo O-ring part#s), but they didn't match the sizes of the O-rings in the custom kit I purchased, which was supposed to contain the exact sizes needed on my particular year and model of Volvo.
The O-rings in the custom kit do not even appear to be metric sized o-rings, so I suspect that they just provided o-rings which were close to the correct size, but some of the inner and outer diameters differed by as much as 2mm from those listed by Santech.

It turns out that the o-ring dimensions, attributed to Santech on the web, did not come from Santech. According to Santech, they publish only o-ring part#s and never provide size information for any of their o-rings.

Since neither Volvo nor Santech would provide me with their o-ring dimensions, I ordered the six Volvo o-ring parts#s from both Volvo and Santech, and then measured them.

Conclusions:
1) The Santech o-rings were very close in size to those sold by Volvo, with the possible exception of part# 3537797.
2) The Santech o-rings sizes advertised on the web for these part#s were incorrect.
