Default 940 cross member torque

Does anyone know the torque setting on the 4 bolts that hold the front cross member? I almost bent a breaker bar and still can't get them loose. Any tips?

They are rusted then?I cant remember what they are right now, but they aren't super tight.

Penetration oil will help. Also and a length of pipe or bar to the breaker bar more leverage.

No, they're not rusted. That's the thing...I can't believe how tight they are?
