940 Heater Core

940 Heater Core
My 1991 940 turbo wagon is fogging up badly when the heat is on, especially after the car is fully warmed up. The centre tunnel under the dash below the heater box and one of the under dash vent on the driver side isa bit wet with coolant eventhough I can't smell anything. When you wipe the fogged up window and winshield, there seems to have a film. So I suspect it would be a leaking heater core. I know it is quite involved for a DIY job. Does anyone know what it would take a professional mechanic to do the job. As temperature outside now is around -20 deg C already, I don't think I will even try to tackle this myself and wonder what would I be look at in takeing it to the shop. Also, has anyone with experience for any good aftermarket heatcore such as Nissens?
thanks,

I put a Nissans in my 92 940, did not like it because the the two pipes going through the firewall are at an angle, and had to f--k around making the holes bigger at an angle in order to make it fit, after all the work of putting in the core, is just more work for
a poorly designed product!
