After Market Shift **** On My Volvo 740GL?

Hello, i'm just wondering if you can put an after market shift **** on my Volvo 740GL? It's an automatic.

I'm sure it's possible...just not likely. The **** has the OD button built in. Also, the **** doesn't just screw on, it clips on in a very particular manner.
