Im checking with work and trying to buy a 1989 740 Turbo.

The car needs a little work but no problem for me.

I will find out in the morning and I will report back tomorrow about it.

UPDATE still haven't heard anything yet. Owners had to go to Auction today to buy more cars for the lot.

But it needs Rims, and Stereo, A jump in boost and some other things.

But first it needs a water pump, timing belt, front engine seals, and a balljiont before driving it.

Yah I know there is some Green Mold Stuff on the rear of the car.

But if I get it it will get a REALLY good cleaning.

 

Still no good news today.

The owner didn't come in to work today.

 

Is it a 760? Wow im thinking thats a euro model? Or they just made a lot less of them because i dont see too many 760's but a ton of 740's.

Im going to decide over the weekend and see if im going to buy it.


They want $750.00 for it. But it needs a couple of hundred before it could be driven.

I need to check my budget and see if it will fit in.

 

Update: I think im going to pass on the car.

I was talking to a buddy of mine that has a 760 wagon that needs less than the sedan. It will cost me $300.00 from my buddy and need less than the sedan.

Here is a list of what the sedan needs.

The wagon I will be able to drive home after a quick trip to the junk yard for minor peices.

It will be a little while before I get the wagon.

The sedan is going to the scrap yard. Just to much money for it.
