Default Boost problems!!

ok so here is the situation. normaly my 83 242 turbo takes a little while to warm up on a cold day...no problem. unless its really really warmed up it just hates to be driven...its sluggish and complains without mercy untill its ready to go haha. but lately i have let it warm up real good like always and i get out on the road...drive for about 15 min in light traffic to the freeway where i get on. everything is dandy untill i hit 2nd or 3rd or 4th or OD once boost is full on black smoke pours out the tail pipe and it starts choking waaay down so i cant get any accleration. it feels to me that its getting too much fuel, i havent done anything to the car that would change how it takes its fuel or anything, its all stock (other than a lil more boost about a year ago and hasnt been a problem untill now) so i guess my question is, how can a CIS system get too much fuel all of a sudden or maybe a lack of air under boost? any ideas would be great...without a turbo its just a brick and we cant have that haha.

Default RE: Boost problems!!

Check all the turbo hoses and maybe even the O2 sensor.
