Brakes on 740's

[:@]I have a 740 with a stuck caliper .
Luckuly its in the in position right now .
How much resistance should there be on the tirewheel of a properly functioning caliper ?

I find 'some' resistence.
But if its stuck you'll smell it.
It can warp the disk too.
