Default Climate control removal

Blower motor not working. Bench tested and its fine. Everything I can track down seems to be in the Climate Control. Any tips on removal?
Thanks

Do you have ECC or MCC

ECC= Electronic climate control
MCC= Manual climate control.

If it is a manual. Then pop off the trim molding. Then you will see 4 screws holding it in remove the screws.
Then you will see 2 metal tabs folded over it. Bent then straight and it should slide out.

Climate Control not working.
Lights up but thats about it.
Bench tested the fan motor and it is fine.
Fuses check fine.
Swamped in another climate control unit and still no function.
Cant adjust the thermostat, no fan.
Seems like it is not getting power?

Suggestions?
Thanks!

Make sure the back of the fuse panel isn't melted and not making a connection.
