Hey, I have a 1985 240 DL sedan, and my friend has a 240 GL that doesn't run that he wants to sell me. I looked at it, and I like the features more than the DL. Is there any way I can take the doors off (they have power W/L) and put them on my DL, or will there be any voltage/ampage issues?

I would just put my engine into the GL body, but it's in horrible condition. I don't know if I even want to use the doors (the handles are a little damaged). But I was just wondering how hard it would be.

 

You would have to look and see if your car is wired for power windows.
