There's a man near my house who is parting out a '73 142 and along with the fuel injectors and the air hose I want to buy the dashboard, 'cause it looks cool and isn't all cracked like mine. Is it possible to replace the dashboard of an early 240 with the dash of a late 140? And at that, how big of a job is removing the dashboard? Everything on this car has been easy to dismantle so far, so why not the dashboard.

 

Not sure if they use the same dash mount points? You can PM Cameron over at turbobricks.com, he just did a dash swap.....

 

I seriously doubt that 140 will fit a 240.

 

It will fit, just be ready to work your *** off to get it to.
