Fuel pump had been changed and verified that there is fuel flow into engine. Problem most likely electrical. What modules should be checked? - or if not what components, working or not, would cause engine not to start? Thanks.

there's a post in the General Volvo page called volvo resources and in that post is a link explaining how to pull the codes from your engine and what they mean...that'd be a good start.
