Hi,

I'm going to change the front brake pads on my 240 this weekend. Will get the rotors turned as well. I usually use lifetime Bendix or Raybestos pads on my Plymouths. Does anyone have a favorite brand of brake pad? The OEM ones are "organic". Can you use metal pads or is that a no no?

If the rotors are Volvo rotors DON'T have them turned. Also I would use the Volvo pads unless you want to hear LOUD SQUEELING everytime you stop.
