I have a 1990 740 Turbo my mechanic just replaced the intank fuel pump, the car hesitates in 1st and will not boost until I shift into 2nd. He removed the tank then realized he didn't have to. Can this cause my fuel to go bad? Prior to this it was running excellent. Please Help.
