Default Getting ready for a Timing Belt

89 240- getting ready to a timing belt (I think its got 100k on it) Got oil leak on top (cam oil seal??) that I'd like to take care of. Any words of advice on other things to replace while I'm in there, maybe a water pump? i'll be doing it myself after it warms up enough to commute on my motorcycle. Special tools?? Thanks again for all the help!! Dave

Air tools are a good plus.
Replace the 2 cam seals and the crank seal.
Make sure the vent system is working properly as well.
