Hey, i was wondering if anyone could tell me where ground connections are in the engine bay.
After very careful engine bay wash, my interior fan, wipers, horn, and lights don't work. I dont find literally anything on internet. Sooner the better.

There was a series of grounding tabs on the inside of the driver's fender on my 740, tucked under the wiring harness and near the injector resistor pack. Maybe that's a point to check.
Otherwise the engine bay wiring harness has some large plug harnesses just behind each strut tower. Maybe you got those wet. I think the passenger side connects to the ECM in the footwell and the driver side connects to the body electrics (LHD car).
