First off let me say "Hellow" (waves paw) To every boudy.

I have a 1988 740 turbo. It runs and dirves grate. Ihave had the car a little over 2 years.
I drove it about a yea and then parked for aboutthe past 3mounths.

I put a frish battery in it and started up E,Z,.

But now when i turn on the headlights the runing lights turn off??? Every thing worked when i parked it.
I changed the switch with a known good one out of my mom`s 1989 740 turbo and still the same.

What am i missing to check?
Eney help would be grate.
