Default Headlights Stopped Working

I have a 1993 Volvo 240. When I got in my car last night I realized that both of my headlights had stopped working. The hi beams worked fine. I had the same problem before, I can't remember if it was this car or my old one. So the chances that both bulbs burnt out at the same time is pretty small. I'm pretty sure last time it was the fuse, but I can't find the fuse for the headlights.

Can someone tell me where to find it? Or whatever it is I should be looking for.

Look for a Metal relay under the hood on the drivers side. That is the Headligth relay.
Most likey it is bad.
