How do I loosen the power steering belt on a 1991 Volvo 940?
I'm working on replacing the water pump on my 940. The only bolt I located that appears to be for adjustment is a 13mm above the pump with a threaded shaft on the other side. The worthless Chilton that came with has no useful information and I'm unable to find anything online. Are there any pictures that show the location of the adjustment bolts?

The P/S and the alternator both have long 10mm adjuster rods you do after loosening the 12/13mm bolts that tighten them.
Short cut: I never touch those when I do the water pump, I just undo the fan, pull the pulley off, leaving the belts hang there. That fan pulley goes back just fine with the belts on.
