Default Intake Manifold Torques: B230FT

I have the full green books on my motor, but I cannot find tightening torques for the intake manifold nuts that bolt it to the head. I've been chasing what I think it a vacuum leak for years and I think that it might be right there. I had the manifold off years ago and this is when this problem started. When I took it off a few days ago, it was a little low in the center by maybe .005" I talked to some lazy machinist and they thought it shouldn't be a problem. First, I want to make sure that I have it torqued to spec. Then, if it still persists I'll try starter fluid around the gasket. So if anyone knows the specs or has some experience on this, that would be great.
-Thanks

Torque from centre out as well.
A great tip for the grey fibre type gaskets that the redblock seems to use for intake gaskets is to soak them in water for a half hour before installation. It helps them conform to high and low spots.
Hylomar is also an excellent sealant if your mating surfaces are a little marginal.

Regards, Andrew.
