the 2-pin plug to the O2 sensor is the heater circuit. IIRC, on the bosch o2 3-wire sensors themselves, there's 2 white and one black wire. the 2 white are the heater, one wire goes to ground, the other to the yellow-red power. the black wire is the signal, this is goes to a shielded cable that is green or grey and is wired to pin 20 of the ECU (and that shield goes to pin 5/ground on the ECU).

ohm meter the 2-wire connector to the o2 sensor. between the two pins should be some value in the fairly low ohms (not sure, but maybe 10-20 ohms?) and between either pin and the body of the o2 sensor should be infinite (open circuit).

runs well now thanks, see Bosch lh jet will work on a alfa Romeo. go to the ,"" alfa Romeo bb " and you will see that we can be very creative. a few years ago, many people went on line to see if there was a.optional. transmission bb that would fit our cars, for many years all that. was answered was, no. no other transmissions would fit. so I looked into it,and found a way to Mar a w/c t5 transmission would fit, now I sell the kit allover the world. have designed a big brake kit for the spiders, and now working on a new headlight design that will fit in a 7"- round headlight buckets, perhaps this Will also fit some of your Volvos. take care, and thank you.
