LSD or locker for Volvo 740

as you can see some Volvos did ship with the G80 "locking" rear end so you may be able to find something used (just make sure you know your gearing in case you also need to change the speedo set up).

non-IRS 760 turbos, 940SE' (91 only) wagons almost for sure had them, on others it was optional.
its a pretty crude LSD, at speeds below 30, if one wheel spins significantly faster, both rear wheels are locked together. if you spin a wheel hard on a tight U turn on pavement, its pretty unsettling when it engages
