Default Missing hose on passenger side of engine block 240

Alright guys, I found yet another missing hose (this makes number 4) on my 240 on the passenger side of the engine block. Can somebody tell me where this is supposed to connect to?

Bottom of the charcoal canister maybe? I'm not even sure that a hose is supposed to go there but it's the only place I can find

The 1st picture is the block water drain . Only need a hose on it if you bleed the water out of the block. It is a valve. The second picture looks like the sight glass for the AC dryer. The 3rd is the vent for the carbon canister and is left open.

That water drain is to be used if you're doing a full blow coolant flush or doing an engine re-build (IIRC).
You don't really use it for any other purpose. Water in jagtoes comment = coolant/anti freeze in your block
