Default need help with motor volvo 240 gl. 1992

I need to know about a manual that help me dismantle motor 4 cylinders to change timing belt and belt tensioner.

Like what kind manual you should get? Or do you need help with the process?

Hi!
I'm from Argentina and the problem is that here, in my country there are not too many people who have got a Volvo car. The real thing is that I'm looking for a page where I can see the dismantled engine of my car. You know, check the pieces, specifically what I think are called "timing belt" and "belt tensioner".
If you happen to know, please write back.

I always recommend replacing the alternator/power steering/airconditioning belts at the same time. You have to remove them to do the job and they are cheap enough to replace.
